The only good thing about this company is its customer acquisition process; they're incredibly fast at that. After that, everything is slow, they take far too long to complete the process, and finally, the money they end up paying out is only 25% of the total compensation recovered from the accident. They're unreliable, and I don't recommend them.

I didn't have a good experience with my case; it took 2 years and 5 months to resolve. I had no communication with anyone and was very frustrated with all this waiting time. First, they told me they were going to give me more for the case, but then they said they had made a mistake. So I don't recommend this firm.

DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE: These lawyers don't help you at all, they keep most of the money, and you won't receive any respect or good communication. I wholeheartedly recommend that you save yourself from further stress beyond your accident. It's better to find another lawyer or do it on your own. Here's what happened to me... I was in a serious accident in September 2023, and going to Victory Law Firm was the worst decision I could have made. From the beginning, they assured us everything would be fine, that we should sign the contract, and that we should follow their medical recommendations because, according to them, we wouldn't have to pay anything if we went to their doctors and therapies. However, over time, I realized that the lawyers didn't respond to the opposing insurance company, forcing me to handle many aspects of the process on my own. I called countless times, and it seemed like they even saved my number so they wouldn't answer me. In addition to their lack of communication, their treatment was disrespectful and rude. In the end, they kept a large portion of the money we were owed, arguing that they had paid the doctors they themselves had forced us to see, in addition to their 33% commission. The little money I received was a mockery, considering I wasn't at fault for the accident. Instead of helping me, they seemed more interested in securing their profit. They were all extremely rude, and at no point did I feel they were on my side. They didn't defend me properly and let the opposing lawyers take advantage, even though the case was easy to win. I cried and suffered greatly due to their lack of professionalism and empathy. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you're looking for lawyers who will truly help you, avoid Victory Law Firm at all costs.
