I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I hired these guys to represent me in a car accident case where I was rear-ended. Unfortunately, the outcome of the case was not in my favor. As a result of how the case was handled, I now owe approximately $7,000 in medical bills, despite being the victim in the accident. On top of that, I’ve been held financially responsible for $1,000 in damage to a Caltrans road sign, even though the accident was caused by the other driver. This wasn’t the only time I put my trust in this attorney. I gave him a second chance with another rear-end accident, hoping for a better outcome, but in that case, he ended up dropping my case entirely.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Erik and his staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. They took an unreasonably long time with my case and never provided updates unless I reached out first. When I did contact them, they often had incorrect information and repeatedly asked for documents I had already sent. I have all the texts and emails to demonstrate just how poorly this law firm handled my case. I would never work with them again.
