I contacted Viper Law after being injured in an accident, hoping for help. I shared my situation and was told they would get back to me, but they never did. Their lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when dealing with someone in pain and seeking assistance. This has caused unnecessary delays in finding representation and added to my stress. I can not recommend this firm. Their lack of record is my exactly my point.

I did not know what to expect when I got into my accident. When I came into contact with Viper Law I knew they were legit and not one of those fake law offices. They were extremely professional, had a lot of empathy and sympathy for what had happened. Viper Law and there Medical Associates had my best interest since day one. I on the other hand was a mess from beginning to end. Everyone I came into contact with was very understanding and patient with me through my chaos as I had other events taking place at the same time. I truly appreciate each and everyone one of them. I do my best to refer others to all companies I came into contact with when needed. As time went on I realized that my case went from easy to complicated. From the very beginning I knew that I had an awesome attorney team. I ended up having further issues then expected and had to get further treatments and ultimately surgery In order for the issues to stop They were very informative on keeping me in the loop of what was going on with my case and spoke to me with respect and in ways I could understand what was going on.
