Every one I’ve come in contact with from their office throughout my entire case has been amazing! Their staff always did what they could to keep me in the loop, even when the EEOC was on shutdown. Not helpful at all. Took 30 days between December 2025 and January 2026 to compile 40 pages of documentation in regards to a hostile work environment and harassment. I know it was a lot of documentation, but I thought that's what paralegals were for.. JKM calls with a rude condescending attitude right from the beginning. If you don't want to represent, just say so. No need to waste 2 months of my time plus 30 mins more.
