My case was originally with Shane Smith law firm but was taken over by Briggs. This has been by far the worst firm ever. They do not update you on your case. I had to reach out in regards of updates which is technically their job. Haven’t heard anything since 12/24 & it’s now 3/25. There’s no excuse for that. Every single paralegal I’ve worked with is no longer working for the company. My accident was in 2022. It’s 2025. 0/10 dealing with this firm for sure.

Winston Briggs was very great at handling my injury case in my automobile accident. He walked me through every step of the way when it came time to go to court. The process is very long, but it was also very easy. I didn’t really have to do anything except just sit back and let him do the hard work. Also, his office staff is very kind caring and they follow up very well when you have questions. I definitely recommend them to anybody in the future
