Being based in Northern Ireland and looking support for the passing of my father in florida which was a very emotional and difficult time in my life this attorney was not supportive, was very much money oriented and no emotional support at all. Being in lock down we were not able to fly over to sort out things, which we thought Ruby would support us and make things easier but made our life's so much more difficult. Not answering phone calls, not getting us paperwork when needed, using wrong information in our court papers causing us more money to get redone, rudeness regarding payments, making a big deal driving 6 minutes away from her office to my father's home to sort things out even though she knew what she was getting herself into when signing up to help us. We had to ring and sort most of what she was meant to do. I have never been so stressed in my life and she was no support what so ever. I would never recommend her to anyone. Go elsewhere. Less
