Called to set up a consultation, told it would take 2 days to hear back. Which is a great turnaround time if you ask me. Even then I received a call within the hour for more information regarding my question. Which I thought was even better!

We suffered a horrendous car accident when we were hit by an underinsured driver. Our hospital bills far surpassed the limits of his insurance and passed our underinsured motorist coverage. Walker Heye, their lawyers, Eric Eisinger and Jillian Harlington and staff were compassionate, caring, thorough and reassuring throughout the years long process of navigating insurance coverages, hospital billings, Medicare reimbursements and all of the uncertainty the process entailed. No one should go through a convoluted legal process without competent caring legal counsel to hold their hand and be their advocate. Jillian and Eric did just that and we achieved the settlement we deserved.

Justine Koehle at Walker Heye is absolutely amazing and helped me when nobody else would! I'm a detransitioner and Justine helped me restore all my legal documents, including birth certificate and passport, back to my original birth name and sex. As a lawyer who just finished law school and is currently sitting for the BAR exam, it is my professional opinion that Attorney Craig Walker is not a practical lawyer and who will not objectively do the right thing for his clients.
My grandfather and grandmother were his first ever clients, they both recently passed away with a very simple estate. However, Mr. Walker did not have their home placed in trust which triggered a probate proceeding that was largely unnecessary. If this is how Mr. Walker treats his oldest and most loyal clients of 50 years, I cannot in good faith recommend his services to anyone. There are plenty of good attorneys out there to choose from. His mistake came across as brazen when asked about his failure to effectively avoid probate.
Sadly, many "estate planning" attorney's are actually "probate planning" attorneys as they seek to place their clients in probate in order to earn more fees than would be owed without going to probate. Mr. Walker, in my professional opinion as a future tax and estate planning attorney, you did Gayle and Ruth a disservice and you should be ashamed of yourself.
