Great attorney, responsive to your concerns and questions. I never felt “rushed” when discussing matters with him and was pleased with not only his professional but his ability to understand my situation and deliver when it came time to play ball!

I feel like I was nothing more than a money grab for this attorney. I’m not saying that because he didn’t win my case — I’m saying it because he put in almost no effort. He didn’t even remember my name or the details of my case. After I paid him, there was no communication or updates unless I reached out first. Looking back, I should have gone with another attorney. I at least expected him to give the case a real effort, but the only thing he did was have a brief conversation with the officer and the DA before walking away with my $1,500. Honestly, I should have known something was off when he couldn’t even remember the amount he originally quoted me for his fee.

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. I was hospitalized in 2015. I did have insurance at the time. A year later, the hospital sued me for nonpayment. I immediately contacted my insurance company, who admitted they had made a mistake and then paid the hospital. I believed the matter was completely resolved. Fast forward nearly 10 years later, I received a notice stating that my wages were going to be garnished for a bill that had already been paid. I was overwhelmed and frustrated, and I reached out to multiple attorneys for help. Tom was the ONLY ONE who took the time to truly listen to my situation. He acted quickly, was knowledgeable, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process, and ultimately helped me resolve this incredibly stressful and unjust situation. Tom represented my brother who is 78 yrs old and was charged with harassment by a woman after he told her to put some water out for her dog.(it was very hot) She got mad and words were exchanged then she filed charges.
