I feel like I was nothing more than a money grab for this attorney. I’m not saying that because he didn’t win my case — I’m saying it because he put in almost no effort. He didn’t even remember my name or the details of my case. After I paid him, there was no communication or updates unless I reached out first.
Looking back, I should have gone with another attorney. I at least expected him to give the case a real effort, but the only thing he did was have a brief conversation with the officer and the DA before walking away with my $1,500. Honestly, I should have known something was off when he couldn’t even remember the amount he originally quoted me for his fee.
I had a Satsuma Police officer pull me over in Tillman’s Corner. He even told me he was “Trying to get the other guy” Tom did a great job and helped me save my CDL license on a bogus charge that could have ruined my chances at a job in the trucking field. Thanks Tom!

Interestingly enough, that overzealous Satsuma employee no longer works there. You simply cannot pull vehicles over for traffic violations waaaaay outside your jurisdiction. <br><br>Walsh Law was happy to assist. It was a pleasure working with you.

Tom Walsh is an attorney who believes the defendant/ accused should be represented effectively and goes the extra mile in the discovery process to ensure that the prosecution has all of the facts in the case to bring the charges and obtain them without violating the accused's protections guaranteed to all citizens under the United States Constitution. Tom is a TRUE defense attorney, unlike others who trade off cases with the prosecution like Pokémon cards on the playground, and is only interested in having their clients plead guilty. I hope whoever is reading this never needs criminal defense services, but if you do, you need Tom Walsh's phone number in close reach.

The government generally doesn’t understand that warrantless searches are illegal, except under very tight circumstances. Just as the government cannot show up at your home and demand you step out to search it for no reason, the same applies to a vehicle. <br><br>Walsh Law was also recently successful with a search warrant issue where the BC Sheriff Dept was looking for a stolen trailer. The search warrant did not give carte blanche access to drawers, cabinets, clothing, etc. The State conceded.

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. I was hospitalized in 2015. I did have insurance at the time. A year later, the hospital sued me for nonpayment. I immediately contacted my insurance company, who admitted they had made a mistake and then paid the hospital. I believed the matter was completely resolved.
Fast forward nearly 10 years later, I received a notice stating that my wages were going to be garnished for a bill that had already been paid. I was overwhelmed and frustrated, and I reached out to multiple attorneys for help. Tom was the ONLY ONE who took the time to truly listen to my situation.
He acted quickly, was knowledgeable, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process, and ultimately helped me resolve this incredibly stressful and unjust situation. If you need an attorney who genuinely cares, listens, and gets results, Tom is the one. I highly recommend him
