I'm a retired funeral director and I have worked with many families with end of life situations. No matter how big or small your assets are, or weather it is just your home that you worked very hard to get it's very important to protect your assets. I worked with Drew Ward and his associates Nick, and Betty, who were all very knowledgeable, professional and courteous from my initial email to Drew to set up an appointment he immediately reached out to me to explain he was out of town at 7pm at night and Betty called the next day to set up an in-person appointment. We had four meeting within a month to set up my estate. I would highly recommend Drew Ward and his associates. I no longer have to worry about my healthcare proxy, my will or estate and can sleep much sounder knowing my family will have no worries with no confusion about what happens when I leave this world.

We worked twice with Deanna and she's been outstanding. Very on-top of everything, communicative, and doesn't miss a beat. Great experience both times.

Zero stars if I could. No issue with the lawyers but the customer service is terrible, specifically Barb. Extremely rude and strangely aggressive right at the beginning of the call. Argued over me so didn’t even understand my original question. And apparently it’s common practice at an esteemed law firm to slam the phone on the receiver while I was mid sentence. Truly appalled. Called back to speak with someone about it and they didn’t care. The other women never even apologized for how rude and disrespectful Barb was. that’s how they treat their paying customers, beware!

This is the best Law firm in the area especially for estate planning, everyone was so nice and helpful

My husband and I used them for the purchase of our house. Highly do not recommend. They don’t show any compassion or care to their clients. This law office did not advocate or push anything along for us and we ended up being without a home for over a month. I wouldn’t even be as mad if they ever answered their phones. When I would call they always said the person was not in the office and would leave a message and NEVER received any calls back. It wasn’t just us they never called back either, it was also our real estate agents on both ends and our mortgage guy. Our mortgage guy was pushing much harder for us to close than this office. It took us over 16 weeks to close on our new house when up to the week of closing on our old house, all was good. They blamed the sellers attorney: I don’t know who’s fault it was but I do know that this law office was the only part of the team That was incredibly difficult to work with and unprofessional to our entire real estate team. I have seen that on their negative comments here, they write they are sorry and want to help but they wouldn’t even answer their phone while we were working with them. I would say they truly just don’t care about their clients
