I am very please with the Law offices of Scott Warmuth for their swiftness in handling my Auto Accident case. Especially Flora Li, Tammy, and Alex for their superb diligences in handling and preciseness in explanation. The auto accident caused damage to my cervical disc that led to my left arm and numbness in my fingers. They refer me to a top surgeon Dr. Pablo Pazmino to performed surgery on my cervical disc, he replace with these 3 artificial discs to my C3-C6. It immediately released all the numbness and pains on my fingers. My strength on my left hand quickly regained the strength in gripping, previously I lost the gripping of any cups. I do not recommend this place based on my mother’s interactions with them. It has not been a pleasant experience. One case manager forgot to inform us about our up coming medical appointment and blamed it on us. You will have to chase them for updates. Even after the case is closed, we have to keep chasing them for our payments because they would not return calls. The office seems very disorganized and dismissive. Overall, a horrible experience.

This is an ongoing development. Have been with this firm regarding a workers comp claim for nearly 3 years now. Throughout the process, this firm, and in particular my case manager Monica Gonzalez, has inspired little to no confidence in the name Scott Warmuth. Edited to Remove former complaint. Will update when the case ends to give my final thoughts. 03/28 Update: Was assigned a new attorney that has me feeling much more confident, will update again ASAP.

Andrew is a very professional lawyer. I barely had to participate in the entire case. The lawyer would choose the options for me and I didn't have to worry about anything else. I was worried about the language barrier at first, but with a Chinese assistant and the lawyer also communicating via text messages, there was no problem. It was excellent.
