This firm represented me in a 2 1/2 year construction lien case. It was a long, stressful, drawn out battle but, Bob Butts and his team stayed with me right up until the jury verdict in my favor. Bob is a very seasoned, professional, and dedicated trial lawyer. We prevailed on every count even though we were up against a high profile firm out of Tampa, Florida. I can not say express our gratitude to this firm. Mr. Sechrest and Loriann became more like family thru our process. Always there to assist us with any questions or and concerns we had. Just spoke with this lady named Karen. She said she was an attorney.She didn't give me her last name. My father just passed away two weeks ago of a massive hemorrhaging brain bleed.She cut me off ..she was very rude and uncaring.Karen's sarcasm was insensitive and hurtful. I don't know how any place would want to be represented by a woman like that.

Attorney Sean Hipworth exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, courteous, explained things in detail, very professional, balanced, kept on task, informative and guided me as his best interest. Being out of town, I had to rely on him for an extended period for a family real estate need that landed on me as executor. He truly gave himself a good name. I told him I would make a bumper sticker for him I was so happy with his help.
