When I called to seek representation, Justin was beyond rude and condescending. He made my situation look very minor despite how much of a tragic experience it was for me. I understand if my case was not worth it to them, but undermining someone else’s situation was unprofessional and tacky. You would think that they would be concerned about their reputation and a possibility of a future client, but no. As another reviewer said, the intake process (if they think your case is weak) was horrible!

Horrible intake interaction, and was a barebone lack of clear fact finding. Lying to potential clients and disregarding referential treatment, because a method wasn't the same as usual. No call back to even say yay or nay. Shows a lack of professionalism. Although, can't speak for the attorneys in this matter as I never got past the gate keeper. I was referred by an attorney that has gained my trust, and that is the real shame.
