Wow!! That’s my first impression of the firm!! Just…WOW!! I have NEVER experienced a team of people work for me with the HIGHEST LEVEL of Professionalism as Watts&Herring.(I’m 50 yrs old) Absolutely a 5 Star Experience!! I was being sued by a debt collector and found Watts & Herring on YouTube. I watched so many of their videos (great content). I went to court by myself…… not a good experience. The lawyers from the debt collector just wiped the floor with my name. It made me feel like the judge had already made the judgment against me before I even spoke. I was a victim of several data breaches, along with some unexpected changes in my health that led to me becoming financially unstable and unable to pay for my bills. I received notice that A debt collector was suing me. I contacted Carolyn Allcorn and she immediately assisted me that day. In less than a week the case was dismissed with prejudice! Called and explained my case to assistant that said John Watts would call me the next day. I've called multiple times since then and never got a call back. Maybe my case is not important to them, but it is to me and to not return someone's call is disrespectful and rude. They were recommended by another attorney, so I will call them back to let them know the service I got as well.
