Wow!! That’s my first impression of the firm!! Just…WOW!! I have NEVER experienced a team of people work for me with the HIGHEST LEVEL of Professionalism as Watts&Herring.(I’m 50 yrs old) Absolutely a 5 Star Experience!! I received notice that A debt collector was suing me. I contacted Carolyn Allcorn and she immediately assisted me that day. In less than a week the case was dismissed with prejudice! Called and explained my case to assistant that said John Watts would call me the next day. I've called multiple times since then and never got a call back. Maybe my case is not important to them, but it is to me and to not return someone's call is disrespectful and rude. They were recommended by another attorney, so I will call them back to let them know the service I got as well.

I actually had 2 lawsuits from LVNV Fudning this past spring. After the first one I received a letter from Mr. Watts, and then watched his YouTube videos and thought I would just handle it myself. NOT A GOOD IDEA! The judge in my county knows me and wouldn't even give me the chance to speak to fight my case. When the 2nd lawsuit came I didn't think twice and called Mr. Watts and his team. They were able to get the lawsuit completely dismissed and deleted from my credit report! They have also pulled all of my reports and my husband's- they have been working for over 6 months now disputing and getting so many errors corrected or removed from our reports.
