I had a very disappointing experience with this law office. From the moment I called, it felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone. The person I spoke with was short and dismissive, offering no real explanation or empathy. They said they would review my situation and call me back, but they never did. After calling to follow up the day after, I realized they had decided not to take my case without even bothering to let me know. It was unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially when someone is reaching out for legal help and already feeling vulnerable. I would not recommend this office based on the lack of courtesy and basic communication.
