Well I'm still here waiting to hear from my case worker. I have called several times and still no reply. Last time we went to court Wayne showed up late. I have never met him other than that day. If I don't hear from them soon I will close this case out and start over with a new one. I do NOT recommend anyone to use this company because they do NOT stay on top of their job.

Never met Wayne Young but it seemed like they sent me two trainee lawyers at first,I was turned down twice by the SS judge. The third lawyer they sent me was decent. After being turned down by the judge twice they got me a federal appeal,the only way to continue, I finally won with the newest lawyer they sent me I believe he had more experience than the first two.Of course the judge will only give me back half of my back pay saying I was only able to get my disability cuz I turned 50 a few years back. I could have fought it(but who knows what would have happened) but I wanted my check, I was in bad debt so I took the deal they offered me, I still believe I was cheated out of half of my back pay.SS took $200 out of my check cuz I had to live with my parents because I was disabled an could not work. They consider this income since I did not have to pay rent living with my parents and they took $200 out of my check wich they replaced with SSI money by giving me a smaller check for $200.(the lawyer should of told me about that)Why didn't they just give me the $800 a month instead of taking so-called rent out of it cuz I stayed with my parents when I was on hard times. Now I get 2 checks but i cannot blame the lawyer for that but it seemed like they took the long way around to win but I did win and I will give them that.

My bankruptcy get threw out after paying five years. No one could tell me why all i heard was that joseph cornell had a melt down. Cost me a firtune they didnt even say im sorry or offer any help just took there money an ran.. Stay away from these crooks.

Wish I would have choose a different attorney. At first they was great, but then they started losing documentation. Their demeanor is rude and heaven forbid you do not understand what they are saying. When I became confused and asked a question their response was I am not going to argue with you. Umm ??? About what?
