I was given a notice of suspension of my hunting and fishing privileges by CPW. I contacted Mr. Welsh and he prepared my case and presented it to the hearing officer. Mr. Welsh argued on my behalf with the evidence he was able to collect and he got me a no suspension and full reinstatement of my hunting and fishing privileges. The way he handled my case and made me feel at wase and made sure that my voice was heard was exceptional and professional. I recommend retaining Mr. Welsh if you need a good attorney!!!! I would give more stars if it was allowed!!!
Patrick was invaluable to me in understanding a confusing and frustrating situation. He led the process, kept me informed, and achieved success. When it comes to wildlife law, he's the guy.

Patrick did an excellent job of understanding the nuances of my case. He worked with the district attorney and me to ultimately get a favorable disposition. That was a plea deal dismissing 2 of 3 outstanding charges with an agreement to plead guilty to one charge with the least amount of points toward my hunting and fishing license privileges. This was a good outcome given the unfortunate circumstances of my case. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the law and did a good job communicating with me and working toward this resolution. I was glad to have him representing me and would definitely recommend him to anyone with wildlife violations levied against them!
