I hired Wentz and Simon around April of 2022 to handle my divorce proceeding. To say that it was the absolute BEST CHOICE I made would be an understatement. Kelly Simon was my attorney and she shot me straight through the entire process(abnormally long. April 18th 2022-Jan 21st 2026) never sugar coating the details but always having a plan for how to move forward. Her expert opinion regarding this field is what I truly believe won me primary custody of my daughter and as a father I would trust her in matters involving my child 1000 more times if I ever needed to go back to court. If you need representation for ANY family law related manner, I HIGHLY SUGGEST you contact this office as I'm sure you wont regret it.

I chose this office for my divorce/ custody case. Despite the incredible amount of abuse and neglect their office advised me to have 50% custody. (Which is absolutely ridiculous considering the facts, and now is one of my biggest regrets) I should have withdrawn from them that very second but it gets even worse. The ex took all of the equity out of our marital home that he stayed in, and then sold the house with a realtor without my permission! Aaron wentz legal team had no confidence that they could win a court case to gain me the 50% of marital assets even after the ex husband and realtor illegally sold the house. I wound up paying Aaron’s office THOUSANDS! like more than 10k in a year and even after a motion to withdraw they are still trying to charge me. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!

This legal team is unmatched! I am truly grateful for their support and hard work that they’ve done.

I hired Aaron Wentz for probate on my mom’s estate and would not recommend their services.He also uses Daniel Wentz and between the two I was given false information that my step-siblings were remaindermen, which caused me undue stress only to later find out it wasn’t true. My new lawyer even tried to explain his oversight and misinterpretation of the law, but he refused to admit his mistake. Because of this incompetence, I could have potentially lost tens of thousands from the sale of my mom’s homestead property. On top of that, there was little follow-through — I always had to chase for updates, and when I raised concerns, I was told I wasn’t their only client. In the end, I had to fire this attorney, hire a new one, and lost $2,000 of my retainer — a complete waste of time and money.

This review is for Kelly Simon, I’d give 6 stars if I could- got into some legal trouble unfortunately and had never been in trouble before so the whole process of the judicial system was new to me. Up until I found Kelly and hired her as my attorney I was very worried to say the least- after my consultation (first conversation ) I was very relieved and had confidence moving forward with my court case. The day of court came and Mrs Simon was present…..things went well and I was pleased with my outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend her, the Simon and Wentz firm were very professional, had great communication throughout the process, and in court I could tell she had a remarkable reputation amongst the judge and other lawyers/prosecutors as she spoke respectfully with them all before it started. If you unsure about selecting a lawyer or which route to take in the Okaloosa County judicial system look no further- hire Kelly Simon !!!

Horrible firm for child custody and establishing timesharing. Had worst case results on two different cases hiring them. Been 2 years since they represented me and still having to go back to court for them being careless. If you really want someone who will fight for you choose someone else. This was the first firm I’ve ever had to hire for anything so it wasn’t until after hiring new counsel I realized how much time/money was wasted…in addition to carelessness you can expect some other things… -this firm makes you take time to go into office to sign for all documents - New firm uses digital signatures/docusign -the paralegal they have is disrespectful when she talks to you- New firm is much more personable -unnecessary charges for alleged phone calls, emails, etc They racked up easily $10k in charges for worse results than I could’ve had representing myself RESPONSE TO FIRM: I did reach out to this firm multiple times to discuss and they do not respond. What Mr. Wentz wrote is not what happened…the judge said for each party to submit a proposed plan and he would take things from both for something fair. The judge signed the opposing sides submission word for word. Something shady definitely happened. Either they didn’t submit ours on time or didn’t ensure the courts received it….ARon doesn’t want to talk about it though. My issue is this wasn’t a one time thing, there were 2 separate cases where they were unprepared. Save your money and look elsewhere.

September 2024 Aaron Wentz PA and his team have managed several cases for me and my family from 2010 to the current case brought by my ex-wife. Aaron and his team helped guide my current wife and I, in gathering all our information related to our case, not just once but several times due to the lack of understanding from the ex-wife’s attorney. After 18 months of going back and forth with DFAS and other government agencies, Aaron and everyone on his team went above and beyond to get all allegations of contempt dropped again me. I could not have found a better team to secure my future, job, and finances from my ex-wife. They walked me through every aspect of my case and never let me down.
