My only experience with this firm was a lovely phone call with Lynne at the front desk, and she turned a dreadful day around for me. I hope she never leaves your office. She is an asset and an absolute delight!

I originally talked to Lynn the secretary. I sent her all my info and for 2 weeks I didn't hear from anyone. I called and she said I haven't forgotten about you. I decided to move on to a firm that cares about their clients.

I apologize that we were unable to determine if your claim was one we would be willing to pursue, as quickly as you wanted that to happen. These types of claims are very complex, extremely expensive, carry a very high defense verdict rate, and therefore require thorough evaluation. For that reason, you were told on 7/9/25 when you dropped off a large packet of medical records that it would likely take 2 weeks for one of the attorneys in our firm to thoroughly review and consider the records before determining whether the facts warranted hiring a medical expert to further review the medical documentation. We were in the end stages of that evaluation when you elected to seek out other counsel, and provided this review. In the interim, my receptionist spoke with you on several occasions updating you on the status of our evaluation and when you could expect a determination. Making certain that the client and attorney are on the same page, that the expectations of both are reasonable and obtainable, and that the personalities mesh is also a significant part of determining whether to become involved in a litigated claim. I think your decision to seek alternative consultation is a wise one. Micheal Mcgrail, Karen, Lauren and Lynn are awesome. Whether I sent an email or called, I was always taken care of within minutes. Believe me, I felt like I was bothering them, but they always made me feel like I was the only client that needed a question answered. Mr. McGrail fought for my daughter and I for many years. He never gave up. I wouldn't be able to restart my life with my daughter if it wasn't for his help getting out of a domestic abusive marriage and settling all my medical. Even when my family gave up on me and pulled away all support, this man still fought for me and never gave up. I couldn't be happier and this man is the greatest advocate to the highest ability.
