I originally talked to Lynn the secretary. I sent her all my info and for 2 weeks I didn't hear from anyone. I called and she said I haven't forgotten about you. I decided to move on to a firm that cares about their clients.

I apologize that we were unable to determine if your claim was one we would be willing to pursue, as quickly as you wanted that to happen. These types of claims are very complex, extremely expensive, carry a very high defense verdict rate, and therefore require thorough evaluation. For that reason, you were told on 7/9/25 when you dropped off a large packet of medical records that it would likely take 2 weeks for one of the attorneys in our firm to thoroughly review and consider the records before determining whether the facts warranted hiring a medical expert to further review the medical documentation. We were in the end stages of that evaluation when you elected to seek out other counsel, and provided this review. In the interim, my receptionist spoke with you on several occasions updating you on the status of our evaluation and when you could expect a determination. Making certain that the client and attorney are on the same page, that the expectations of both are reasonable and obtainable, and that the personalities mesh is also a significant part of determining whether to become involved in a litigated claim. I think your decision to seek alternative consultation is a wise one. My name is Mitch Williams. John Wesley was by attorney in 2 recent lawsuits. That carried on for for 6 and 8 years. He was referred to me by my daughter and I can't say enough About the positive experiences I had over the course of that time. Attention. to detail was second to none. John kept me informed every step of the way. Until a positive outcome was achieved. Over the course of that time We became good friands.
I can't say enough good things. About my experience with his law firm. With the settlement he achieved for me. I was able to purchase a home outright and I feel great about my future going forward. John Wesley and his law firm are top-notch and you can't go wrong.

Rude people tell you have no hope on a case and push you off to someone else. They are not out to help the little people at all!!!!!!

We are very sorry that we were not able to take on your case. Part of our responsibility is to advise potential clients when we do not believe a claim they are interested in pursuing is worthwhile. It does not do either the client, or our firm, any good to become involved in costly and time consuming litigation, that could conceivably stretch out for years, and then be unabe to make a recovery for the client. We take that obligation very seriously, and one of our attorneys personally analyzes every potential claim that is presented to our office. I aplogize if you feel like our staff was rude. Mr. John Wesley and Mr. Michael McGrail both are professional, knowledgeable and know their business especially when dealing with the Big Bad Insurance Companies that don't like to pay their claims. Mr. Wesley and Mr. McGrail are kind, caring, respectful and listen to their clients needs. They will fight for you and your family to get what you are owed from the Big Bad Insurance Company that doesn't like to pay for injuries that were caused by their policy holder. The entire office staff are very professional and caring. If you want a Law Firm that will fight for you and your family this is the firm you need to hire to represent you to fight toe to toe with the Big Bad Insurance Company.
