I initially had a very negative experience with West Coast Trial Lawyers due to an interaction with what I believe was a paralegal, which left me frustrated enough to write a bad review. Following that, attorney Michael Perez reached out to address my concerns. He explained that the employee was new and offered an apology for the experience. Although the firm ultimately chose not to take my case—something I still don’t fully understand—Mr. Perez showed professionalism and courtesy by providing referrals to other law firms that may be able to help.
