When we initially approached one of the best legal firms in Denver regarding our case, they immediately referred us to Nelson Waneka with their highest recommendation. He did not disappoint. Ours was a complicated 3rd party case involving State Farm—who offered a tiny fraction of our original claim (involving water damage to a high end home during a remodel.) Local attorneys appeared intimidated to take on a large corporation and tried to dissuade us. But this is where Nelson rises above average attorneys. He took our case and immediately got to work meticulously reviewing invoices, receipts, damage photos & videos, and expertly conducting interviews & depositions.
