TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend this law firm based on my experience. My automobile accident case began in 2023 and we settled in mediation in October 2025. The firm received the settlement check in December 2025, yet I am still waiting for my payout. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. I have had to repeatedly email and follow up just to get basic updates about my own case. When they finally informed me that my settlement check was “ready,” I asked for a detailed breakdown of the settlement distribution before picking it up, which is a reasonable request for any client. Months later, I am still waiting for that explanation and continue to receive little to no response. For a firm that is supposed to advocate for their clients, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication has been very disappointing. Clients deserve timely updates and clear information about where their settlement money is going. If you are considering hiring this firm, be prepared for significant delays and poor communication.
