I reached out for assistance after a repair shop messed up a job and caused my engine to fail. I was paired with Barb Kennedy. We had one initial consultation and she told me she was going to put together a letter to send them requesting full refund and to cover the cost of the repair for a new engine. It has been months since then, I have not heard from her, she hasn't responded to my emails, no communication at all. Total waste of my time. I'm sure Wheeler has some great lawyers, but my experience with Barb has stained my impression.
