If you are looking for an excellent criminal defense attorney, look no further than Damien Sanchez with Wheeler Upham. Our special needs son was charged with a crime after an incident on his school bus. Damien looked at the evidence at hand, did his research from all angles, and discovered there was no case here. Damien did more work investigating the incident than apparently the SRO and school system did. Once Damien showed them the holes in their case, the Prosecutor quickly dropped all of the charges. Damien was a barracuda and was relentless in defending our son. I will also say that Damien truly cares about his clients. When our son was arraigned, Damien stayed with him through the entire process to give him the needed support. As a parent of a developmentally disabled adult, this personal touch that Damien gave is worth more than it's weight in gold.

I had a great experience with attorney Jon Schrotenboer he went above and beyond for our case great attorney Shane Henry on the other hand who was supposed to close out my mothers estate is worthless and to this day still has not done his job Shane has had the case since Ken passed away ( the original attorney ) and has not done a dam thing also a special thanks to Julie Jon’s assistant
