My last one star review was removed despite my very real poor experience with Penix as my paid for defense. Highly recommend searching elsewhere for an attorney as Penix is only interested in an easy plea deal, and has no interest in justice or the outcome deserved per his texts to me while I was dealing with my case. Also appears his office on 9 is now closed

I can’t thank Ehren enough for the professional representation he did for me. I called the law firm 2 hours before I was supposed to appear in court and I didn’t think at that time I would need an attorney because I that I could work with the DA and he’d see my case was all lies and false reporting. Well the DA didn’t have the time to work through the fabrication of this case. Ehren called me right back and said he happened to be headed to the same courthouse I was supposed to appear at if I wanted to obtain his services he would do so. Today, 03:03,26, Ehren got my case dismissed and proved to the DA and Judge I did not have anything to do with what I was being accused of doing. I’m so glad and thankful for making that call and having the best attorney on the Western Slope!
