Very unprofessional. I spoke with Christopher and he’s very nice and professional. I were told one thing by Christopher and another Wilbur associate went behind his back and did the complete opposite. Majority of the associates are rude, unprofessional and heartless.

I am required by the state to get on a payment plan through these guys and they can’t even return a phone call I’ve called and called left messages and the office is 2.4 hours away from my house they’re making this an impossible task 1 star from me

They lost my emissary letter in the mail which I sent priority mail and I was forced to send another priority letter and have to wait over 3 weeks to recieve another

Worst customer service ever, I called regarding and issued with them putting a hold on my license due a balance wich was already taken care of and the representative was so rude and asked me to call my attorney and hung up on me. She didn't even let me finish speaking.

Honestly worst insurance company do not use them. Their agents are terrible at communicating. And are also rude from my experience it wasn’t fun. Especially as somebody who is just now trying to figure out insurance as a young adult.

There are not enough words to truly express how grateful I am for Tabitha.
When I first reached back out to the agency, I was overwhelmed, discouraged, and honestly embarrassed. I had defaulted on my payment plan during a difficult season in my life and the outstanding debt was preventing me from getting my license, something that deeply affected my ability to move forward. I expected a routine conversation about balances and deadlines.
What I received instead was compassion.
From the very first interaction, Tabitha treated me like a human being, not just another account number. She was patient, detailed, thorough, and incredibly empathetic. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question without making me feel rushed or judged, and worked with me in ways that truly felt like she was advocating for me.
There were days I had so much going on that I felt like I was drowning. Even when there wasn’t much she could change in terms of policy, simply speaking with her would brighten my day. Our conversations sometimes brought me to tears, not out of stress, but because I felt understood. That is rare.
She went above and beyond. She stretched her neck out as far as she could to help me re-establish a plan and ultimately secured an amazing settlement offer that allowed me to finally get everything squared away and paid off. That moment meant more to me than she probably realizes.
Tabitha doesn’t just collect debt, she does her job with heart. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Representatives like her are hard to come by. She brings dignity to situations that can often feel defeating.
Thank you Tabitha, for your kindness, your patience, your thoroughness and your genuine care. You made a difficult chapter of my life feel lighter and I will never forget that.
