This was the first time we ever had to go through anything like this before. We filed a wrongful death case against my dad's insurance for the death of our 9 year old son. We mainly dealt with Gina Gestri but Dick Molin also was there. I feel like they did a great job explaining everything, keep us in informed and always being there to answer question. It was a stressful and hard time for us and I feel like they tried to take of everything. It is a long process and you do need to be patient but eventually it will be over. We settled at mediation and I feel like we were told all of our options for payment. If it wasn't for Gina I'm not sure if we could of made it through the process. This law firm handled our lawsuit for The Paradise Camp Fire against PG&E-the bankruptcy trust fund. We were very impressed with their level of service, knowledge, returning emails/phone calls in a timely manner and seem to have a high level of ethics. Finding ethical and honest attorneys seems to be challenging these days which was very impressive to us. We ended up going through the entire appeal process so it took longer for the trust to settle, but it was well worth it.
