5 Stars!! There is no way I could have handled this injury lawsuit without expert legal counsel. I was both unconfident and unaware of the complexities of an injury lawsuit. Wilcoxen Callaham LLP’s Walter Loving III and his staff managed my complex case (going after Uninsured Motorist Coverage from my own insurance company) expertly. Mr. Loving had come highly recommended from a trusted friend, and I looked no further. I got the FULL AMOUNT of UM coverage - despite my own insurance putting up a fight.

Drew Widders went out of his was to support me while I walked through hardest time in my life. He was professional and compassionate. He answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. He encouraged me to not give up and for that I am grateful. He brought justice and made sure my mom had a voice after her wrongful death. This was the first time we ever had to go through anything like this before. We filed a wrongful death case against my dad's insurance for the death of our 9 year old son. We mainly dealt with Gina Gestri but Dick Molin also was there. I feel like they did a great job explaining everything, keep us in informed and always being there to answer question. It was a stressful and hard time for us and I feel like they tried to take of everything. It is a long process and you do need to be patient but eventually it will be over. We settled at mediation and I feel like we were told all of our options for payment. If it wasn't for Gina I'm not sure if we could of made it through the process. Thank you for all your help and I'm glad it's over with.

This law firm handled our lawsuit for The Paradise Camp Fire against PG&E-the bankruptcy trust fund. We were very impressed with their level of service, knowledge, returning emails/phone calls in a timely manner and seem to have a high level of ethics. Finding ethical and honest attorneys seems to be challenging these days which was very impressive to us. We ended up going through the entire appeal process so it took longer for the trust to settle, but it was well worth it. Our settlement after Drew Widders appealed it came in much higher than the original offer by the trust.
