I was so pleased with the communication and support of the William Mattar team after my accident. Their help and guidance was a huge relief in a situation that created a lot of uncertainty for me and my family.

Absolutely worthless as attorneys. I hired them in 2013 after a head on collision nearly took my life and now years later the injuries I sustained are massively impacting my quality of life. They did not want to get involved in a trial even though it was completely the other parties fault. They ended up taking the quick buck and settling with the minimum insurance company offer. All these crooks want is to make a fast buck and steal 1/3 of your claim. When you are not in your right state of mind because of trauma, painkillers and misinformation you become easy prey.

I would honestly choose any other lawyer if I could pick again. I got into a car accident almost a year and a half and they have been dragging their feet to get any kind of settlement or closure for me for the last year. anytime I call they make me feel like an inconvenient or like I'm bugging them when I'm trying to get updates. No communication and they truly don't care unless you're worth millions of dollars.

Just want closure on our case. No call backs I give up after awhile. The woman I talked to acted like it was a burden that I called. She never explained the status of our case in terms I could understand. What a wasted call! I realize they are very busy , I'm hoping that this ends soon . I need closure in my life. Thank. You

I would not recommend this law firm. They don’t return phone calls and when they do, it’s like 7to 8 days later.
