Absolutely worthless as attorneys. I hired them in 2013 after a head on collision nearly took my life and now years later the injuries I sustained are massively impacting my quality of life. They did not want to get involved in a trial even though it was completely the other parties fault. They ended up taking the quick buck and settling with the minimum insurance company offer. All these crooks want is to make a fast buck and steal 1/3 of your claim. When you are not in your right state of mind because of trauma, painkillers and misinformation you become easy prey.

We are always hopeful that healing will leave our clients with the fewest limitations possible, and we recognize how difficult it can be when that is not the outcome.<br><br>We would like to provide some important context regarding your accident from 13 years ago after we successfully secured the full policy limits available, and we continued to look for any additional coverage that could be pursued. Unfortunately, the at-fault party did not have insurance or assets beyond, which significantly limited any further legal options. It was, in fact, your wise decision to have the insurance that you did on your vehicle, as that was ultimately where the financial recovery came from.<br><br>Decisions about whether to pursue a trial are never made lightly. While cases may appear straightforward on the surface, many factors must be considered, including whether a trial would ultimately leave the client in a better financial position after substantial litigation costs are incurred. Trials are expensive and carry significant risk, and if unsuccessful, clients may be responsible for court and expert testimony fees out of pocket. These considerations were discussed at the time, and settlement was pursued to protect your financial outcome.<br><br>The one-third attorney fee is consistent with long-established industry practice and was clearly outlined in the retainer agreement. I would honestly choose any other lawyer if I could pick again. I got into a car accident almost a year and a half and they have been dragging their feet to get any kind of settlement or closure for me for the last year. anytime I call they make me feel like an inconvenient or like I'm bugging them when I'm trying to get updates. No communication and they truly don't care unless you're worth millions of dollars.

I would not recommend this law firm. They don’t return phone calls and when they do, it’s like 7to 8 days later.
