Attention ！Attention ！Attention ！Everyone, please be careful with this law firm. I received a speeding ticket and went to consult them, hoping to get some help. They charged me $500 just for a 15-minute conversation—about 10 minutes were spent chatting about my trip and other unrelated topics, and only 5 minutes were used to understand my ticket. After that, they told me that if I wanted them to fully handle the case, I would need to pay an additional $2,500. Honestly, I was so angry I could only laugh.

I have known Bill for decades and have this to say: Not even the best lawyer in Alaska can make a silk purse out of a sows ear. That is every lawyer's problem, but most failing clients refuse to see it.

I paid 5000$ a completely ripped off for a reckless driving ticket. I was active duty, and she used my concern just to take free money. She didn't do absolutely anything on my case. NO reduction no driving school. She never made a deal with the prosecutor, just took my money and let the judge decide. They suspected my license, of course! 5000$ on the trash. I could easily make a deal with the court and save my money. Was my first and only ticket! 🗑 don't go there!. They simply don't care. The place is old and they are money hungry! Hope karma hit that 🧙‍♀️

Mr. Satterburgh did an exceptionally great job with my case. I wish I could give a 10 star review.

I usually don't comment or review things but I had a weird experience with this firm. I only called for a question and right off the bat I told them if they were busy or didn't have time for my question I understood. They said go head and ask, then they told me they weren't a lawyer and couldn't answer my question. They passed my information to a lawyer who got back to me. The lawyer called me back just to tell me off a little and tell me to research my question. The lawyer and receptionist asked me a dozen times total if I lived in Fairbanks Alaska( I guess they get calls from people that don't stay here all the time). I can't speak for the other firms in the area, but from other Google comments it seems to be a common run in.

A very good law firm and very attentive.

Outstanding customer service, very professional and knowledgeable staff who truly care about their clients. No one else in town I would trust to handle my legal matters. If you get in trouble, though I don't hope you will, just call Bill!
