I contacted Williams & Associates, LLC to inquire about representation for an employment matter. I specifically requested Nichelle Williams, but was told that Ronnie L. Williams would be handling my case instead. I explained my situation, answered preliminary questions, and was told I would receive a follow-up call from Ronnie within 1–2 business days. The next day, I called back because I realized the attorney might contact me while I was unavailable during working hours. I wanted to be considerate and see if we could coordinate a mutually convenient time. What I experienced instead was deeply unprofessional and surprisingly shocking. The person who answered the phone, later confirmed to be Ronnie L. Williams, was immediately hostile and confrontational. He spoke over me repeatedly, cut off my attempts to respond, and had an unnecessarily aggressive tone. He told me I had called at a bad time, yet instead of asking to reschedule or directing me to leave a message, he chose to escalate the situation by continuing to ask questions while interrupting and arguing with me. When I calmly asked for his name, he abruptly hung up on me. Shortly afterward, I received a dismissive text from a different number (which I later confirmed to be Ronnie’s) stating, “I can’t talk right now.” The entire exchange was both confusing and upsetting. I understand attorneys are busy, but there is absolutely no justification for speaking to anyone especially a potential client with that level of rudeness, aggression, and disrespect. If Ronnie Williams was unavailable, he should not have answered the phone. I would have been more than willing to leave a voicemail. Instead, I was met with hostility for no reason other than trying to respectfully coordinate a time to speak. I do not recommend this firm based on how I was treated.

Mr. Williams is very unprofessional and lost his license in Prichard. He now uses his license in Mobile. This man is rude, money hungry and talks to his clients in a disrespectful way. I would not recommend him to anyone. Do not believe he is a good person or a great lawyer at all. This is a real review. Do not hire this man as your lawyer. Trust me.

Office was very clean. Mr. Williams is an A+ attorney. You can tell that his good education and experience has made him into a great, trustworthy will fight for his clients type of lawyer. Mr. Williams is also a good man, you can tell from speaking with him. A+ recommendation.
