As a professional in a similar industry who also works on personal injury cases, I was using JZSWM as my attorneys, I would 100% NOT recommend their services for personal injury. They leave everything until the very last minute (in other words it took them 2 years and until the statute of limitations was up) just for them to send all my medical info off to a medical expert when it could've been easily done within the first few months, they could never get me in for an in-person consultation and just overall very dissatisfied with the level of service. I had a very strong case, I almost died at the hands of a dentists negligence because he drilled through my gum into my sinus cavity filling my sinus with amalgam leaving me with deadly infection and chemical burns in my sinus cavity. I had over a million dollars billed to my insurance for surgeries because of it! If jzsw had of provided ALL the information to the right medical expert who was actually qualified in the particular area (oral and maxillo facial) and not just dentistry, Im almost certain I would've had a case because I spoke with many experts after the fact who confirmed to me that I would of, and if they did it in a timely manner I could've gone somewhere else but they prevented me from being able to do so due to their own laziness or perhaps negligence. It's all about presentation, facts and evidence, and I read over everything that these attorneys provided to the medical expert and they left so many crucial facts out an didn't even explain to the expert what had happened about the dentist drilling into my sinus cavity but more so just sent over x rays etc. It wasn't even about money for me, but more so about justice for the dentist doing the wrong and dangerous thing and hiding it from me leading to me almost dying, so, these attorneys are useless. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
