I called twice to see about setting up a consultation and this is the email I received. No call, no questions about my case or what it pertained to. Just flat out rude! I didn't assume they would only be paid if I won, hell they didn't even know why I inquired their services. Basically, we want our money..I responded by telling her money wasn't an issue, but she again stated that she had told me her price and let her know if she could help. We'll if I called twice obviously I'm looking for help!! I bet she doesn't treat EVERYONE like this. What a way to secure you're all about money,not customer service EDIT: she called asking me to remove the review. And is stating someone called me but I told her I'd called twice and no one called me back. It is understandable if they could not help me. I would THINK they would call to hear my case to see IF I could be helped. IF NOT, she could have said "i have reviewed your case and unfortunately we are not able to assist." She was very abrupt in simply mentioning the fee. She did not express concern or even mention my case. It could have been worded or communicated to be me better...but I digress
