My husband and I owe so much to Williams-Teusink and will be forever grateful to their amazing attorney Karen Scott. Karen was an amazing negotiator, and helped us navigate an extremely stressful situation. She more than tripled the initial offer on our land, all while being extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Our case was a long process but Karen was always in communication, checking in and giving updates. We never felt pressured to settle; instead we were always given upfront and honest feedback of where we stood. After almost a year of negotiations and doubts we were doing the right thing, we couldn’t have asked for better results.
To anyone looking for land attorneys, I can’t sing my praises high enough. Williams-Teusink is fast to respond; they were forthcoming with their fees and the likely results of our case. They immediately understood our concerns and were willing to go to bat for us from the start.
Hopefully we will never be in a similar situation again; but if so, this firm would be our first call.

I received great legal advice from David Meltzger regarding a landlord civil case. Although I do think paying $375 for 1 hour conversation was too high. Overall I am grateful for the advice. He definitely answered all of my questions.
