Choosing a law firm to represent me in an automobile accident was something I was hesitant about but I am so thankful that I entrusted my case to Justin and his staff. From the outset the communication was prompt and courteous and it soon felt like I was talking with family. My case manager, Veronica was outstanding and a pleasure to talk with. The receptionist, Jenna, was extremely polite and if I needed to talk with Justin personally, he took the time to field my questions and I never felt rushed or a sense that I was just another client. I was in first major accident about a year ago and Jared was able to help me with everything and very prompt about it . Communication in the beginning was very fast. Once they told me my settlement offer in December, that is when communication declined. After many more messages (voicemail, email, text) requesting a callback or update I was contacted and they were able to settle on my case. They did apologize profusely for the wait and they are super friendly I would use this firm or recommend them to a friend/family member.

Update from last review the offer was fair for what it was I would recommend Williams &Williams for clients that don't want to draw stuff out for years in court hoping to get Rich and still left with nothing more than a few hundred $
