Amazing people and very nice and understanding, even worked with me after I was late and MIA, Sammi is very understanding and professional and easy to work with and you can speak and act normal with her unlike other places where it feels like you are in the principles office and her secretary is very polite and professional as well. I highly suggest anybody pick Wilmoth instead of going to some uptight faceless suit law firm in NWA that treats you like another case number and a paycheck

I would not trust this law firm to reprsent you. I had a 2:30 PM appointment that was cancelled 20 minutes prior to the appointment and I had had a 30 minute drive. So they reschuled it for 4:30 PM two days later. When I got close to the locastion, I got lost, so I called at 4:32 and said I would be a few minutes late. I found the place and I was in the office by 4:32. They told me that I arrived too late and that there wasn't enough time for the consultation, so they cancelled it. They had sent me an email staing that I should be there 10 minutes early for intake, but the email also said that if I was there within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, which was 4:30, then it wouldn't be cancelled, again I got there at 4:42, within the 15 minute timeframe, yet they cancelled anyways. I later emailed the owner/attorney and she replied back to me stating that there wasn't enough time to do the consulatation and that their offices close at 5:00. I was the one that was initially incovenienced with the reschuled appointment and the email said be there within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, so I just thought maybe they should afford me the courtesy by keeping the office open a few minutes later to accomadate me. I suppose that was asking too much, even though I thought my request was reasonable, all things considered. If this is any indication of how they take care of their clients, then I would stay away.
