Wilshire Law Firm is the most reliable legal services provider in Sacramento. I’ve gone to them for help for a few cases over the years, and they’ve never failed to get me results. I’ve referred some friends and family to them as well.

In my opinion it is abundantly obvious why this firm has such poor ratings. To all considering their services please review my perspective prior to spending hard earned dollars on a potential subservice. Nonetheless, their discovery phone call represented horrendous customer service with a behavior that correlates with a corporate service versus a client based case focus. Unfortunately, my initial consultation was conducted by a claimed unlicensed individual who refused to take case nor would she relate as to why. "Marybell" was then unwilling to properly identify herself by licensure nor was she willing to even confirm the firm Law firms status as being a properly licensed legal entity. Upon asking for an licensed Attorney for legitimate legal consult per my referral agency I was refused. Marybell also refused to disclose if the firm was local to California. I then related I would review my experience with their organization. "Marybell" then hung up on me as if I was a collections agency. Please note "Marybell" related all calls are recorded and highly advise a quality check be conducted by owners/management. For public concern I feel utmostly obliged to make review my experience per my perspective. Nonetheless, please review my Google reviews and status as I am plagued with objective honesty regardless of event. Their reply will simply be rebuttal for public image perspective. To recapitulate my opinion in short; If youre looking to lose then spend your money here.

Don't get this lawfirm I have an ongoing case and since April and they still haven't finished. They received the funds and dont disburse them. They don't even communicate with me. I have to call them otherwise I get no updates. Most times they don't even answer. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

My attorney at Wilshire in Sacramento did an amazing job on my case. Didn't have any doubts about choosing the right law firm, they did what they told me they’d do and I got a bigger settlement than I thought I would.
