Winters & Yonker represented me on a few cases. Will not discuss the Details. As far as them being aggressive, I do not agree with that statement both cases that they handled for me they did not even want to go to trial. My last case I was told that they had settled And they would have a check ready for me. They said I could come and pick it up at a certain date when I went on that date to pick up the check. I was told that they do not have it ready and was treated like a low class piece of garbage. When I had gotten upset that they did not have my check ready they were rude to me and threatened to have me removed from the office. I was only keeping them at their word because, I had bills to pay. Finally, they went ahead and cut me the check I would never use them as long as I live if I ever needed a case handled, it would be with someone else, that’s just my advice. Good luck to everyone who needs a real aggressive attorney because that was not my experience with them.
