Though it was pretty long and drawn out, my Zantac case was repped by Zakiyyah Luke who did a fabulous job of keeping me informed on all the latest developments, answering all my questions for years of updates throughout the process. Zakiyyah Luke has been very helpful. I don’t understand why such a huge amount is being held back. I had neither Medicare or Medicaid when diagnosed with cancer from Zantac usage. There should be no amount held back, more than 50%. Please help.

I never can speak to Brent weisner he supposed to be my lawyer it's been 6 years spoke to him concerning my case I have always spoke to case managers that has been telling me things that is not getting done making promises concerning my case and nothing is being done I sign papers for Brent wisner to be my attorney and he never gets in contact with me I am very disappointed with these so-called case managers that don't help me.

Why are folks unhappy with your settlement and milestone ignoring your zantac clients time to explain the procrastination and why wasnt Medicare ever mentioned before we signed for any settlement

They need to have a better way to communicate with their attorneys instead an 'intake specialist' - they lost possible six figures in legal fees.

I filed my Zantac case with this firm and even got to the point of learning how much I was going to receive and signed all the necessary forms online that they provided. Since then I have only received one form of communication having nothing to do with my case. I have called to reach anyone working on my case, with no phone call returned. If I didn't have medical bills & long-term issues from the chemo, maybe I wouldn't feel as let down, but here we are. I hope they do better for others in my situation.

Kennedy Jr. reportedly earned over $2.4 million in consulting fees referring cases to the law firm Wisner Baum, according to government records (PolitiFact). My experience with the firm was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for client care.

Where do I begin ..Wisner Baum treated me like family from the beginning very attentive to my concerns and needs of getting justice for my Child. My attorney Ari and his staff especially Bill explained every detail to me from the very beginning made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was given constant correspondence along the way from them. I am so grateful to have had them by my side throughout my case I can't sum into words how grateful I am for their services . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. From the bottom of my heart I am forever thankful to Wisner Baum.

Wisner Baum – Zantac Lawsuit Experience: It’s been six long years, and Wisner Baum still hasn’t provided a single meaningful update about my Zantac case. They charge a flat 40%+ fee but give clients nothing more than vague form letters. Their most recent email claimed they’ve “worked diligently” on my behalf — but I’ve seen no proof of any actual work. I was told my case is “filed in State Court” and waiting for a “Special Master” to decide which settlement program it may qualify for. No explanation of how that process works, no timeline, no transparency. I’ve repeatedly asked for details — any sign of progress or documentation — and received nothing but silence. For a firm that claims to represent victims, their communication and accountability are completely absent. In my opinion, Wisner Baum has failed their clients by neglecting basic communication and their fiduciary duty.

Don't deal with these people it's all about the money. My cancer is spreading all over. Surgery every 60 days bleeding everyday. This firm has no values. I hope none of them get cancer and need help. I was told to go get another lawyer. What type of people are these people.. I have a new firm that cares what happens. And we'll fight to the end to get me a settlement. Thanks for a waste of time and promises . I was told you don't have to pay nothing. I'm losing my kidney from taking zantac. Don't deal with this law firm. Could you imagine this another lawyer firm picked up my case for my cancer . Want a run around, I received for years dealing with this firm. I have to live with a drain tube coming out of my kidney everyday, permanent damage from the chemo. It's all about the dollar. Not the client. In the end watch I'll prove them wrong. In the end never give up on your client that needs help.

They are not cheap, But will represent you.. They charge 40% and then Medical can take up to 33%. Leaving you 27% of your settlement.. Let that soak in.. Upon firing them, They di not turn over Evidence as required by law.. Now, I have to Sue them.

Not a good firm . No compassion when you have cancer. The firm just drops you for no reason. Do yourself a favor hire someone else that cares

I can’t say enough good things about Janell Noland, the Case Manager who has been helping me with my lawsuit at Weisner Baum. This case is deeply emotional for me because the damage could have been completely prevented, and at times, it’s hard to even talk about it. But Janell has been there for me every single step of the way with so much kindness and compassion. She doesn’t just treat you like another client—she really listens. I’ve cried on the phone with her and expressed every emotion you can think of, and she has always been patient and understanding, even when it’s not part of her job.
