This is my second car accident case with Mr. Wolfson and his team, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. It was a great experience. Mr wolfson and Marcela helped me understand everything that was happening. After everything was finalized Ashley and Deivy fought very hard for my medical bills and negotiated them down more than 30% down. I’m very satisfied with the results.

If I could put a big 0 I would. I did call this law firm almost 2 1/5 weeks ago and originally spoke with Mr Jorge (intake department) he took my information about my car accident and did told me that the Attorney Mr. Leon will review it and see if he can help me with my lawsuit. Mr Leon owner/Partner of the firm did spoke with me by phone a couple days later and decide to take my case. For some reason the case was asigned to a lawyer call Lianibet Morejon. This women call herself a lawyer honesty it is not good at all and very unprofessional She did call me today after almost two weeks waiting for a call with the excuse that I do not have liability on my case jajaja this lawyer who has only 5 years experience and in my opinion do not know the ins and outs to represent any client who got injured. Have in mind that this firm file a letter of representation in court telling the court that they will be my lawyers and and suddenly this lawyer decide that according to her and just after saw the video of the accident and that I do not have a case. I strongly beleive she maybe no even know statutes cases law of the State of Florida and/or probally no even Federal Law. No only that but also is up to a jury to decide or no really it is not up to her. By the way 99% of lawsuits in car accidents are settle outside the court so how this women she jump to telling me and to my husband that the jury will not beleive me. The job of a lawyer is to do the impossible to win a case This lawyer was DEFEATED and she no even start it my case of course she still do not know how to treat a client and in my opinion need a LOT TO LEARN . In another hand good lawyers love challenges and try to prove justice and try to win no matter how hard can be a case this women she did not want to even bother of course what to expect. Actually she should resign as a lawyer and unfortunely the owners do not know this but if was me she should be fire she give very bad name for the law firm is very sad. Actions speaks more than words. I strongly beleive if I did not have a case like she told me Mr Leon never will took the case I'm sure of this . In the end of road he has way more experience than her. To complete of this mess she doesn't even know how to writte english beleive it or no Today she did send me an email and in the bottom of the email she sign her name then put the word ATTONEY instead of ATTORNEY... .......please see attach or exhibit My G.D she suppose to went to an American University and does not even to know how to writte english pretty bad . How she can even writte motions ? When she does not know how to writte just a simple word. Please do yourself a favor try to hire another law firm because in my opinion with this one you maybe will lose your case this firm pretend to be something that they are not to be unfortunely.
