When they took my case, I thought it was the best decision. I felt safe and supported. With effort, I managed to get the money they asked for for the initial contract. I felt that this way, Immigration would finally learn what it means to respect an immigrant who has only tried to do things right. But it wasn't like that... they abandoned my son to his fate. They received the $2,500 payment. According to them, they created a legal strategy to face Immigration, and just issuing their opinion cost that much. The contract says they support my son for one year, and now they don't want to answer their phones. They hide behind the assistants; the good service is over. They are only interested in money; they are opportunistic and abusive. They think they have the right to scam people and leave anyone to their fate. I would never recommend this firm because after the receptionists, you never have access to your case or any explanations again.
