They blew us off. We suffered water damage to our foundation due to storms and neighboring property downspouts being improperly routed. First they claimed it wouldn’t be covered but when referencing several areas in the policy, they promised to research it and call back the same day. We followed up, but those calls were not returned either.
Hello... I've had two accident cases since December and nothing. Honestly, the service is very poor. Sorry, but I've always had to call you because you promised me the world, and here we are since December 2024, and still nothing. Everything they said was done, and no one gave any positive or negative response to the case. Terrible service.
Tiffany has been very professional, when I didn’t understand something she explained it in a way I could understand. She is amazing!!! Explains what she needs and ask me what I need or if I’m ok. I can’t say it enough she is amazing!! Thank you Tiffany, your future is bright.
