Would not recommend this business solely on the judgement of their staff. Someone on their Pre-litigation staff is overall distrustful, shady and dishonest. Pre-litigation is for parties to attempt to resolve a dispute through negotiation, communication, and evidence gathering, aiming to reach a settlement without resorting to litigation. Which this description is the opposite of the morality displayed by this individual employed here. Go anywhere else and work with more reputably moral people.

I 1000% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have gotten during the case and am currently getting. Every time I would try to talk with my lawyer I'd have to call and leave multiple messages just to get a reply even though I would only contact him every 6 months or so. ( Attorney is no longer with them I'm told ). But even since the case has settled I tried to contact them multiple times and no way to leave a message and no one ever answered. Once I did get a hold of someone she told me someone would contact me ATLEAST every 30 days for an update on my settlement status, after almost 5 weeks I tried calling once again multiple times and got told they will have someone contact me asap since no one has bothered to call me yet again. Now it's been roughly another 6 days and still no call or info on the status of my settlement. IF I AM NOT CONTACTED OR HAVE MY SETTLEMENT IN FULL WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS I WILL BE REPORTING THE FIRM TO THE BAR OF ARIZONA. Update I finally reached someone yesterday cuz you know they can't call me back ever and they said they will make sure I get a call back that same day ( called around 8-9am ) that they will be escalating it to help get it resolved. But yet again I never received a phone call. On top of that, in 2 weeks it will be 3 months since I signed my release form and have yet to hear anything back from them.

I didn't even reach out to them another law firm partnered with them. By far the worst lawyers I have come across. They ate up my statute of limitation because they failed to notify me properly, when I attempted their message system is horrific and loops you in a circle. They have an inexperienced person deliver unpleasant news. Extremely unprofessional and unempathetic . Would never recommend nor work with them if I ever see their name

This place is a sloppy disaster. Go anywhere else. The "attorney" (who I never even got to see or speak to over the phone - only email, if even that) was rude, condescending, and very ignorant about accident trauma. Somehow, despite being in the business for 20+ years? She more than insinuated the trauma to my body wasn't all that big of a deal since I didn't break a bone. 🤔 Even though I have permanent nerve damage from the upper back upwards. She truly seems to hate her job. I feel I was also given bad advice that affected my settlement, which took 2.5 *years.* The paralegal was also difficult to work with and generally clueless. I should have trusted the very first red flag and gone elsewhere. I would rather represent my own interests than ever deal with this firm again.

Took forever to get me my settlement out of 25,000 I got 9,000 and in payments not all at once . Unprofessional and rude at times made me feel like I was bugging them when I called. I don't suggest them at all. My last check was not even distributed by them but by a representative from sweet James law firm in North Phoenix. I HAD TO GO TO THEM AT ZACKER LAW AND TO SWEET JAMES LAW FIRM AS WELL INJURED. THEY DIDN'T GO SEE ME ONCE. AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

This law firm is horrible & they do not return your phone call I sign my paperwork 5 months ago for the checks and I still have not received my check... They complained that they where bought out...Sara the lawyer told me at a meeting that if I was on drugs! I dint recommend this firm..

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a lawyer firm. The pain and suffering from the accident hurtless compared to the type of service I got from everybody here. They never called me. I would have to wait months and then I would initiate a call and even then, instead of apologizing, they would have an attitude with me. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this firm. Take your case and run!!!

I suffered a slip fall accident and was referred to Zachar Law Firm. They were very helpful in filing the appropriate documents and following up. Their fees were in line with those prompting their services are in the media. Would recommend them

MY ASSIGNED PARALEGAL MARBELINE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! SHE IS DISGUSTING RUDE AND SHOWS NO COMPASSION. SHE ONLY CONTACTS ME ONLY WHEN I CONTACT HER! SHE RUSHES ME OFF THE PHONE AS IF SHE DOES NOT WANT TO DISCUSS MY CASE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! ME AS WELL AS MY CHILD WAS SEVERELY INJURED AND THEY CAN CARE LESS! Attorney Henry Hester is great. He makes the ordeal of an accident lawsuit easy and comfortable. He was always available by phone, text or email, and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Through arbitration, Henry Hester got a settlement above what was estimated. I would absolutely hire him again.
