I’ve left voicemails/emails and no one gets back to me. Jose as the office manager doesn’t like to be told he needs to learn to listen to his clients. He simply hangs up when he can’t handle a conversation. It’s frustrating trying to communicate with an office that never answers or even emails me back or returns my calls. The excuse is oh we don’t use that email address but yet no one gives me the correct address but somehow still respond with the email address “they don’t check” I have proof. The lady at the front office is rude and pretended she didn’t know how to pronounce my name bc I upset her. Jose I didn’t call you to “vent” like you said I called you to express my frustration bc no one is communicating with me.

My husband was denied twice entrance into the United States and there were many mistakes made. Zavala did the unimaginable work and secured my husband's entrance during the Thanksgiving holiday 2023 and both our birthdays together as they were all within the Thanksgiving week. Plus, not only that, the attorney and staff fixed consent errors made throughout the process ALL IN ONE DAY!
