Unfortunately after a variety of phone calls and emails expressing what needed to be said in the will, there was still confusion on the day of signing as to what we wanted the will to state. As other reviewers have stated, it was as if he didn’t know who we were or what we were wanting to accomplish when we came to the signing. Mr. Kelly Zier did catch some of his mistakes on his own, but had to keep running back to make several edits before we got to sign. I did notice during our initial consultation that his desk was very heavily covered with stacks of paper, suggesting that they may be a bit too overwhelmed with cases. The more concerning matters were related to disorganization. A few weeks ago, a lady called from their office and stated that she was newly working there, but they were unable to find their own copies of the documents we had signed. She claimed that they must have forgotten to make their own copies on the day of signing and asked that I scan them in to her so that they would have them for their records. She wasn’t even correct in her understanding of what documents we had completed (a deed and a will). Then yesterday I received a bill in the mail from them for the same total that I already paid them on the day of signing. Again, I remember when I made my payment on that day, they were training some young kid to take payments for them. I did call them and they resolved that issue, confirming that I had indeed paid them in full. So it seems like they have a lot of new employees who just don’t know how to do the work correctly. I feel that it’s a lot of money to pay for this level of confusion and then it makes me have to wonder if the documents themselves that were drawn up are even done so correctly or are going to be effective when needed. Maybe it was just a bad spell for them, but I wouldn’t be able to confidently go to them for any further legal help. Mr. Zier was a nice man and seemed knowledgeable during the initial consultation. I wish I could’ve had a better overall review.

Mr. K. Zier was disorganized in a time when I truly needed a competent lawyer. I met with him in person and told him exactly what was needed and when I needed it. He called me after the time frame given and didn’t know who I was, Confused me with another client and didn’t remember meeting with me in person. Very disappointed with a local lawyer.

Working with this young man is THE most pleasant experience I have ever had with a lawyer.
His ethics are impeccable. He is thoughtful and thorough; and if you are blessed to secure his services, you truly have been blessed by the Lord! Nuff said@

Patrick Zier has been handling our attorney needs for over 15 years now and we couldn't have found a better attorney anywhere.

Don’t call this firm for anything! The receptionist just told me over the phone that they are booked up and busy until October!
Owner response
Ms. Monfort:<br>I am wondering why the lack our availability from our office is deserved of such a review. My staff was truthful, honest and professional concerning our current schedule along with our obligation to current clients.

For two months they had me thinking I had a lawyer, turns out they didn't have any documents filed but had all my information, wills, probate info. I had to call multiple times, they said they forgot about me. I gave them another chance, after a week no changes or phone call. Terrible experience.
