Horrible! These attorneys dropped the case after 3 years of assurances that they were working in it. We were unable to have another attorney pick it up in such a short time due to extensive medical records to review. Initially we were encouraged to not to file complaints against other facilities, and then stated those were the ones to really hold liable. The judge at one point asked if i wanted to hold them in contempt due to not showing up. The defendants lawyers went on record saying they were stunned regarding the total lack of correspondence or work done on the case. This law firm is precisely why lawyers receive negative stereotypes. Stay clear there are more competent, compassionate and honest law firms. I wish I researched more for my son who endured horrendous treatment from the medical community and then from this firm.

They won’t fight for you how they claim they will. Poor communication they only call you once they need something. I had one of the attorneys tell me they’ll only go to trial for me if I’m willing to come out of pocket 20k after signing a contract that never stated such. You want a firm to really fight for you when you have a deceased person involved look elsewhere.
