I don't think this office exists anymore. I called 10 times multiple days and it goes to voicemail
pain management

I am a disabled veteran with severe ptsd. reaching out to someone for help with my pain was a big deal for me and I was treated like an addict trying to get a fix. The doctor was unfriendly, scowled at me throughout my appointment and refused to even prescribe a pain patch despite the fact that I had x-rays showing 3rd degree degeneration in my neck. Then, he insisted that an mri was required to properly evaluate. When I showed up for my MRI, I discovered that he had even scheduled the imaging for my lower back, which was not the primary complaint. Weeks were wasted in pain. Terrible experience and shameful treatment.

Overall a pleasant experience, especially nurse Lauren who was present at a procedure I had done there recently. She was professional, friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I've been back a year later and have to say that the office can be a little difficult to get in contact with sometimes. Since I was in the building for something else I just stopped by and got my appointment sorted out. Special shout out to Karen/Caryn (spelling?) who is the nicest assistant/nurse.

Worst clinic! They don’t pick their calls and if you leave a voicemail like they ask you to, nobody calls back. The worst!

I was LESS THAN FIVE minutes late. I called before that to tell them I was stuck at the light and they told me not to come in. The provider wouldn't see me and that they had the right to deny service to anyone who's even 1 minute late. They then charged me a self-pay fee because insurance obviously won't pay for a visit that you don't show up to. I haven't seen anything in their policies and procedures that say that this is how they operate. I'm absolutely disgusted. What a horrific way to treat people.

I was told they were NOT going to give me injections unless I was in pain.... Called back when I was in pain and left a message, haven't heard anything back and still having pain. Its been 3 days.

I do not understand the low ratings other than people in pain can be, generally hard to please. They take very good care of me. And this is a good office and they try to help all they can. Pain can make it difficult for everyone involved. Give them a break people.
Auto Accident

I was in an auto accident in February. I have received surgery, physical therapy, you name it. Dr Malinky has been my pain management Dr for several months. Yesterday he performed a cervical steroid injection for me. The results are far more than I hoped for. I still have pain but the nerve pain is much better. The procedure was a breeze. Great staff, outstanding service and technical expertise is obviously outstanding. The injection may not last forever, but I slept last night for the first time in 4 months. So thankful.

I'll keep it simple, very sweet and polite front desk staff. Heidi NP is direct and to the point with my care and listens. Dr. Malinky is the only pain management physician who offers deeper sedation during certain procedures as I am just in need of this to get through the injections, and I am very grateful for this team. They are now managing all my care and medications to keep me on the right track and with a plan. Thank you!

Horrible!! Just FYSA, I'm not a chronic complainer or malcontent that expects to be treated special, but DO NOT let your doc refer you to these people! It's impossible to talk to a person; you ALWAYS just get sent to voice mail (just try it if you don't believe me). If you leave numerous detailed messages, they don't call you back. They should realize that most of their patients are in some sort of pain (it is, after all a pain management clinic) and be there to help them get some relief for their pain instead in of hiding behind a virtually impenetrable voice message wall. INMHO, it would help to either professionalize the front office, analyze their workload and augment as necessary, or just replace them all. VERY poor service.

Had a referral from my doctor's office to this one for diagnostic testing. They never returned my many phone calls. They never scheduled me. They never answer the phone. If you don't mind waiting around while being in pain, this may be the practice for you! If you are wanting treatment, go somewhere else. This practice is horrible.
