She lacks humility, lives in her own little world, and I think she also needs to study more because when we ask her something, she says she doesn't understand. The service is terrible, and they make you wait a long time after you arrive for your appointment. Unfortunately, she's the face of the office; maybe her other lawyers aren't like this. She's more focused on marketing and getting you to follow her on social media than on you telling her about your case.

Warning to the immigration community: Do not trust this firm. I hired Kim Bruno's firm for an identity amendment case. They completely passed me off to an unsupervised paralegal who neglected my case. I paid $300 out of my own pocket for a vital DNA test to prove my identity, and they completely failed to submit it to the court. Because they hid my evidence and didn't do their jobs, the court canceled my amendment. They take your money, do nothing, and then claim they 'did all they could.' Protect your money and your legal safety—go somewhere else."
