Karen didn’t help me after 6 months, and couldn’t get footage of my accident, it was in a mall and said that if I wanted to have that, that I should get it myself!!! NO HELP WHATS SO EVER. EVERY TIME I CALLED SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. NEVER CALLED ME UNLESS I DID. please don’t give them your case unless you don’t want to win… ZERO STARS… PLEASE TAKE YOUR CASE SOMEWHERE ELSE.. they didn’t help me in anything!!!
