TERRIBLE. My experience was not good. Customer service is poor and lacks empathy, especially for those who are just starting out and need guidance. Even if I can't express myself perfectly, I expected more understanding. I find it truly sad that you even have to pay, even if it's just a dollar, just to get a response. Everything seems to revolve around getting paid. I just wanted to understand what I was spending my money on. That's why I asked so many questions: it's my first time and I don't know what to do. However, everything seems to bother them, unless you pay upfront. I don't think that's right. As a customer, you deserve to know what your money is going on and understand the entire process involved in each payment.
OMG! I’ve never ever seen results this fast and effective. Adriana Santiesteban took my case on Tuesday and had my citation dismissed and my suspension lifted the following day. She is beyond fantastic and for a very reasonable fee to boot. Thank you Adriana for your excellent legal services and wonderful results. I can’t recommend you enough to everyone.
